Welcome to Elsenham Golf Centre. We'll do everything we can to make sure you have a good time here. You can enjoy a wide range of facilities at Elsenham - you can play golf, have golf lessons and practice, tone up in the fitness suite, take a steam bath, laze in the sauna, relax with a drink and a snack in our cafe bar - or be pampered in our new health and beauty salon. You'll find a frindly and inforaml atmosphere everywhere, and our staff will be pleased to help you in every way we can. The Clubhouse is spacious, easy-going and relaxed, no need for jackets and ties - and it's designed to make everthing convenient for you under one roof. You can book your tee-times and lessons here. Ther's the golf shop, with everthing from tee pegs and golf balls, to the latest golf clubs and leading brand clothes. The Cafe bar is open all day for sandwiches, snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks - and you can obtain alcoholic drinks during licensing hours. The Elsenham Main Course is a 3,000 yards, 9-hole parkland with six par 4's two par 3's and one par 5. You can pay a green for 9 or 18 holes. Please check with the clubhouse for price because they are different for mid-week and weekends. You can become a member by paying a one-off joining fee with monthly subscriptions, (check the membership section for details). As a member you pay no green fees and can play as often as you wish (depneding on which level of membership taken). Members may book tee-times 7 days in advance, play in competitions and obtain handicaps that make it easier to play other courses. Elsenham is affiliated to the English Golf Union so your handicap will be officially recognised everywhere. The Elsenham Academy Course is the ideal environment for new and improving golfers. Here you can become competent in the basics of the game - and learn the all-important etiquette of golf so you nver embarrass yourself or others when you venture among experienced players on the main course.
